Mr. Pawlak has leadership experience from healthcare and aerospace, sits on the advisory board of Vicillian, a space tech investment group and is a board member of GroundWorks Buffalo, a not-for-profit organization.

Andrew was born and raised in Austin, Texas. In 2014, he received his degree in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Prescott, Arizona.
